A+++. Seller was very responsive and patient with situation. Placed order but we had a below average cold come through so they waited to ship until temperature came up following week. Unfortunately it was during holiday shipping period and UPS didn't deliver until 6pm. Items were packaged beautifully but heat pack had expired by that time and the corals got too cold and didn't survive. Replacements will be shipped after the Holiday season is passed.

I have rated this experience as positive because the seller had great communication and worked with me 100%. The only thing I would suggest is that you get this shipped overnight. They usually ship it ground which takes four or five days to get it. But as far as the product, it is very nice branch in live rock with plenty of Coraline algae growing on it

Had an issue at first the seller acted quickly to resolve it and at the end got a beautiful and healthy coral frag. Will use this seller again in the future. Professional seller. A+++ Pic is 12 hours after receiving the frag.(opening up and full of color).
