No good as a telephone lead, it did not work.
It looks good for the job, but it doesn't work as a telephone lead, i.e. from the socket to the handset, for example a computer lead, the wires are crossed in the lead, whereas as a tele lead the wires are straight, this should be pointed out in the advert as to what they actually are for as because due to the price it's not worth sending back and the same problem is encountered when ordering another, as an ex telecom engineer of 37 years I never had this problem but now as an OAP no problems become large problems.

The original and genuine
This remote controller is a Samsung original, and in fact is as good as the one which came with the DVD player, so why choose others? as there is little difference in the price.
