Spot on 11 speed chain
This KMC chain is my current go-to. I get about 5000 miles (road) and replace when it wears to 12 1/16". I am pretty meticulous about keeping the drivetrain clean.

If this fits, it just works.
Saddles are very user-specific. The Fizik Aliante profile has worked well for me. Like any saddle, you have to try them out in real-world conditions to truly evaluate them. Decent bike shops will have test saddles you can try out for awhile to find the right fit. It's so worth the investment of time to do this. Definitely repay the effort that your local bike shop put forth for you by buying at least one saddle from them. I have bought three from my LBS. Unfortunately this model I love has become hard to find through them so I picked one up through eBay. It replaced a Giant Contact SL unit I have been riding for a year. Until I replaced it I didn't realize what a compromise I was making in comfort! But that is my specific fit. It works for me. You have to find yours. Bonus: the Aliante was 25g lighter too (I weighed it personally) even though it looked heavier to the eye! Nice.

Klein has made quality tools for decades and this is no exception. The B on the end of the model number indicates that the model includes a pin that makes bending wire ends into a loop for binding to a post super easy.
