  Value and quality of items was excellent. There was a glitch with the drop off location I selected, but Carol couldn't do enough to rectify things on my behalf - she spoke to EVRI and eBay to find a way through and kept me informed at every step. I was amazed how promptly and efficiently she dealt with everything -as a novice buyer, i really appreciated her going the extra mile and would not hesitate to buy from her again, or recommend her to others. She was an absolute star!
