Made by China quality is poor like avery thinks made by china
It is good conception but couple thinks is not good design:
1 current limit has to be below 200mAmps this limit destroyed brand new battery AAA
2 clip for C battery is not holding battery very well
3 in my charger slot #1 display some time is not working correctly for example 300mAps change to 100mAmps when I'm pushing mode or display push buttons display is change numbers.
Of course i like test mode and display charging current, voltage or m Amps hours.
It is good design and i have opportunity check battery condition
