  I requested a return and a full refund due to a defect in the item, but the seller responded by saying, "Keep the item and I’ve issued a partial refund." Despite the defect, the seller insisted on their own solution, which left me at a loss. Unfortunately, I can't leave positive feedback under these circumstances.

  I issued a refund for the item amount minus the eBay fees that were taken out at the time of sale (eBay took that fee with the refund) and the shipping cost. I told you to keep the item (throw it away because of a defect) rather than pay extra money out of your pocket to ship it back. It would've cost you another $7 to ship it back to me. I saved you $7 by telling you to just throw the item away.
