Appear to be second grade lamps that could not pass the quality checks

Dark areas of light, marks on inside of tube, takes an age to warm up to full light,
end couple of inches looks like they are at end of life instead of new.
Only buy if this doesn't bother you and don't want to pay full price.
Couldn't say if they were genuine or not.

Less than budget solar panel which takes the edge of the set
Pump is fine and works well, bought a cheaper solar panel which works even better than this one which will only kick in when hit by direct sunlight so very limited use.

Does the job.
Very thin walled though well cut out and will do the job, reflected in cheap pricing.
