Really nice, affordable tower server.
Cons would be very basic and limited PSU and case where you cannot even fit system front fan, even spot does exist?!
It also lacks iLo management feature, but there is an Intel AMT (only w/ Xeon cpu) which is just fine replacement for IPMI like server management...
If you need server grade components, and ECC memory, this machine is worth it.
Alternative would be Dell PowerEdge T30 with almost identical offerings.

Great HBA for small PC case

So no need to cross-flash it. 9212-4i4e is the name of the original LSI HBA.
Ext LED header works on one channel only, as all 4 ports are inter connected to the same PIN/channel. So just connect single LED wire with lower two pins out of 4.
Superb quality chip/card, perfect fit for a small tower servers / workstations.
