Provocative.
Much went wrong in the Far East; this book opens channels of thought concerning how much better things could have been handled for the benefit of our troops. Ego v ego!

Stirring Reminders
Magnificent, graceful but stirring music of another Age. Highly recommend for all with a love of military music. Should be compulsive listening in these wayward times.

Liquid paraffin or death
Speaking as Tim the Collie, I find it most efficacious when mixed with my evening meal to enable me to defaecate a little more freely. I have a collapsed bowel and have to strain to push out my stools because of lack of muscle in that area following major surgery. Even with paraffin my stools can only emerge in bits. Without liquid paraffin I'd be dead. Yes - I recommend it.
