  Leaked in shipping, had to wipe oils from bottle. Seems to leak slightly when sprayed. Noticed ID numbers on both box and bottle that didn’t match but seemed like they should have. These was not the batch code. Contacted the seller. He replied quickly and shared a screenshot of his original email receipt from Houbigant. Next morning he shared timestamped screenshots of their replies to his inquiry about it, which they halfheartedly answered. He communicated well, seemed honest, transparent.
