Great!
Super tasty and addictive. If you're watching calories, these have 230. I try to eat half, but never can.

A Great Workout
Gurmukh is an excellent teacher. The exercises in this yoga are great for waking you and energizing you. She helps you raise your energy including one with breath of fire. The exercises helped open me up and gave me energy. Really like the meditation and relaxation with gongs at the end.

Brand New
This is exactly what I needed, and at a reasonable price. I picked this one because it was sealed and showed the orange lever. This gets discarded once you use it, so I was leary of them. They may have been okay, but I didn't want to take any chances. They are perfect for the Brother printer we have.
