Great product. My tank has 1/2inch thick glass and generally ONE pass of the cleaner is enough. The cleaner has a algae pad on the same side as the scrapper, making it very efficient. it It even gets under the silicone without damaging it. The manufacturer has great customer service. Just after purchasing the product the padding on the handel came off during use. I contacted the company, spoke to a live person and got a repacement with in a few days. No further problems. I like the wooden handel as it prevents confusing the inside of the scrapper to the outside in a hurry. There is no comparson to this and my old standard flipper
