Received with the minute hand disconnected
The minute hand had fallen off in transit which gives you an idea of how flimsy this product is -- and since it is an atomic clock it took me 2 weeks to attach the minute hand correctly through several refreshes/synchs. Because I had to unscrew the back to get at the minute hand to re-attach, I could then see how cheaply made this product is -- it looks good from a distance but it is not made with solid material i.e. cardboard that looks like metal for the face. The experience would not make me recommend this product to anyone
