Good for improving appetite
My mom is in her mid eighties and never has an appetite. This not only boosted her immune system since she started taking it, but also improved her appetite tremendously. She is also diabetic and this is perfect since it is sugar-free. The only downside is the cost...if taken as instructed, each bottle lasts a very short time.

Extremely Thin Plastic
I ordered these to cover ivory tablecloths at a wedding in order to prevent food from staining the tablecloths. They did what I bought them to do so I gave the item 3 stars. The quality of the plastic was poor. I think it is probably the thinnest plastic I have ever encountered. It is definitely not heavy duty. You will need to keep it in place with a weight because even the breeze as you walk by it moves it out of place.
