Old fashioned but easier if you are in an area with multiple people or if you travel.
It is a way to leave your passwords with your computer. We have accumulated so many passwords, it was challenging to go and get the white out and then erasers. This can change easily and there is a place to include dates of your changes and back up verification addresses, etc.
