DVD wasn’t new
Kept it since it was the missing part for my collection, but dvd wasn’t new - it wasn’t in its protective packaging and it was freezing in one part of the film. Still enjoyed watching it, just a shame it wasn’t what I expected to buy.

Cheap plastic
After a few days bottom part that holds dome fell off, tried to fix it but unsuccessfully. My little girl still insisted she wanted to use it even if she needed to carefully rest it on the bottom bit - came undone, rolled off the table and cup smashed too. Needless to say my 4 year old paw patrol fanl is left completely devastated. What a waste. Would not recommend- only got a weeks use out of it.
