Good but expensive
I used this tool with long arms to loosen frozen Mavic spokes. Mavic have so many different spokes you have to make sure you have the right tool.

Have to get one as everybody is using it. Wait for iPad3 if you are loaded.
I bought it used to save some bucks. Last owner wiped out OS, no big deal if you know the drill. Found out my windows 64bit doesn't work well with iTunes and iPad, may be only my mistake. Have to use another computer with windows 32bit. Best thing about iPad is it wakes up quickly from sleep mode. Windows always have problem in this area. There is no filing system. So basically it is good to surf and read emails, but if you want to download files from mails for you have to reorient your thinking. Another thing about apples is you have to pay for many things. For cheapies like me, better stick with windows.
