  While it was not a brand new item, everything was there. The box had seen better days. But considering it is over 20 years old, no complaints. As usual, it was over-protected with packing material. I was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement piece for one that was slightly damaged included. Makes for a really good Ebay merchant to care like that. I hope he has the last rocket I need for my collection.
