Very dissapointed
I bought this reel last year with the hope of getting few trips out on the small bog lakes in Galway, Ireland which hold loads of small but hard fighting brown trout. Sadly I didn't get the chance to use it last year but finally got the chance to use it last week. Unfortunately after about 20 minutes, the reel started to grate and then the ratchet just gave up. I had to change it out for my very old but reliable intrepid fly reel. The line and leader was fine, but the reel is useless. I'll happily send it back if the seller contacts me.
