OK if it's quiet.
I've read similar reviews. The earplugs don't fit tightly and let in a lot of ambient noise. That's great I guess if you're running. If you're using them cutting grass all you hear are the high notes. For the price I paid they are great, I'll just use them at my desk.

Worked as advertised.
It worked great with our CMW 500. We have an upgrade that does NBIoT on our CMW (it's really new). The card worked perfectly. Our application board has a nano SIM, but with some cutting and sanding (you'll find out how to do that with a quick web search) it fit great!
