  Item NOT as described. Foil WAS opened, and yellow plastic protective part was missing. Printer recognized cartridge as empty. Contacted seller prior to leaving this feedback, looking for resolution. Seller only offered partial refund. Not acceptable, for a cartridge which doesn't work.

  Beware of this buyer! Tried to pull a scam after receiving the NEW cartridge by saying it was opened! I asked for photos they sent 2 pics! In the 2 pics the box was just opened and foil ripped open on 1 end but still in plastic protector ends in the box! They also stated yellow protective strip was missing but in the pics sent to me it was in the background of 1 of the pics! SCAMMING A SELLER FOR A FULL REFUND YOU REQUESTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, that’s why I offered partial and you gladly accepted!

  Item truly did not work. We are not perfect, but we are honest. I would have gladly sent it back to seller, but then seller did not offer/accept return, which should have raised a flag before I made the purchase. Sad that seller does not take my word for it. Seller perharps thought the item was new when he sent it. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. As for the refund, I accepted partial because it was better than nothing.
