Long transmitter range, wide turn radius
Transmitter range is not an issue. I lose sight of the car (60+ yards) before it goes out of range! My version has the battery pack with a RC style plug in the vehicle, not standard AA or AAA batteries (AA in transmitter/controller). It runs at least fifteen minutes on one battery, which is longer than I need. With the supplied USB charger, the battery pack takes about one hour and 45 minutes to charge fully.
The vehicle does not turn very sharply. When turning, it stays within about a three-and-a-half foot circle. It is slow, however, all rock crawlers that I know of are slow. It has a lot of clearance for its size. The body of the RC is a little smaller than 1:28 scale and the wheels are around 1:18 or more. Its tires grip and climb up a maximum of about 55-degrees.
The off-road capability of this rock crawler is great for its size. Due to the poor turn radius, I give this RC four out of five stars instead of all five. Otherwise it is excellent.

Very low weight
Low grip weight helps get short clubs to higher swingweight. Good medium-firm grip. Durable. Can be cleaned with water. Flexible off the shaft, so it installs easily.
