Brain fog is gone
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich First of all, I started by taking a tablespoon a day. This stuff burns going down. That's the olive oil's polyphenols. I noticed while driving the signs, license plates, etc were clearer. I started taking 2 tablespoons a day. I started driving differently. I had no problem keeping track of cars around me, planning my moves, all of it. My brain hasn't felt this alive since I was a tank crewman in the Army in my 20's. I'm getting more of this, that's for sure.

Worth it's weight in gold
Whether you hope to save some money by doing some basic vehicular work yourself, or plan on rebuilding your engine, this is the manual you want. As with all the Haynes manuals, this one is based on a complete tear down of the vehicle. Since the Series Land Rovers were designed from the start to be maintainable with only hand tools, the tear down goes very far indeed. This manual provides step-by-step instructions for everything from replacing the generator, rebuilding the engine and transmission, to basic electrical troubleshooting. While some of the photos aren't the best, the exploded diagrams greatly ease understanding what the instructions are saying. As a former professional mechanic, I cannot recommend the Haynes series of manuals strongly enough. I have one for each of the vehicles I own. They are worth their weight in gold if you want to keep your vehicle running and save on mechanic's bills.
