When I question that on a defective product, she used the limited eBay selections against me, then changed her mind claimed she was gonna refund the return shipping did. She seemed more concerned about bringing up her past hundred percent feedback and taking care of business in my particular transaction . BTW, there IS a return option that you could have chosen stating that the tubes were "DEFECTIVE". In that case, the seller is automatically responsible for return shipping. Instead of choosing THAT return option, for some strange reason, you chose the return option stating that you "JUST DIDN'T LIKE THEM". That does NOT entitle you to free return shipping. Get it? Good.

Bring back the good old days!
These RCA tall plate tubes replaced the stock EH tubes in my preamp. The difference was immediate and profound.
They provided a nice, neutral presentation from top to bottom with very good extension at the extremes. Perhaps not going quite as deep as the black plates but those are more money. Much smoother highs along with a wider and deeper soundstage. Ah, the good old days!
