  Firstly seller was excellent, helpful, honest, excellent comms item was well packed and as described, cannot fault the seller in any way Secondly EVRI were appalling, they came up with excuse after excuse and various stories why they could not deliver. EVRI made no attempt to delivery parcel after a week saying requested by the seller to return which seller did not request. Then returned the parcel half way up the country instead of a few miles up the road. NO RESPONSE FROM EVRI TO EXPLAIN

  Postage exceeded my expectations . Well packaged even the vice was disconnected to keep it safe. Buyer is very particular the item is absolutely mint condition. Very fair price. Buyer also took the effect to print instruction booklet. Highly recommend!!! Would not hesitate to do business again!!

  Excellent service from the Seller. Item exactly as described and what I required. Terrible service from the carrier Yodel who let both the seller and me down with their abysmal service. Although the seller despatched the item on time and in good faith it took Yodel over a week to deliver it, spending a week at their local delivery depot and then the driver turning up having forgotten to load it on his van. I raised a complaint, but had no response. This level of service is the norm with Yodel.
