Seems to help!
Still early days but these capsules seem to make me feel a lot calmer, as recommended by a friend. I will more than likely buy some again when I run out.

Helped with ankle support.
Does what it is intended for, helps provide ankle support while recovering from injury. Would recommend.

Pleased with purchase
Compact and handy with the individual socket switches, exactly what I was looking for. I originally gave four stars as I felt the unit was a bit flimsy when pressing the buttons, but I've since realised it came with a couple of stoppers which hold it firmly against the wall. Five stars it is!
