great for measuring the height of trees.
This is an outstanding laser measure. The reason so many are available on eBay is because of the recall / flaw with the "stakeout" feature, but I don't use that feature. I love the "indirect double" measurement feature. I can aim at the bottom and top of any object and it tells me the height. This is great for measuring the height of trees. of course, if the tree is over 50 feet, you will have a hard time during daylight, but if you wait until dusk, measurements are much easier outside.

Good batteries so far
I put these in my Cyberpower 1350 AVR and they are working great. I tested battery capacity by unplugging the unit with a steady 100W draw (according to my PN2000) and got 63 mins. The CyberPower site predicted 81 mins but that is close enough.
