Superfluous but fun for fans of the show
If you plan on buying all of the other discs of this series, you can skip this volume without missing anything. It consists of episodes that can be found on other releases. I regret buying this just to find that it is totally redundant- there are no bonus features. Just a main menu with "Play All" or a direct choice of one of the three episodes.
That being said, this incarnation of the franchise is quite entertaining so I can't say anything bad about the actual content, and the selections on this disc succeed at telling the story of how Timothy became Mutagen Man. Buy it if you want that story but nothing else, otherwise, it is a waste of money. I won't be keeping mine.

Not your average dinosaur movie!
I find this to be a quite good film to watch with or without kids. There's plenty of educational content throughout, which is well-balanced by action and just enough humor to keep the tone light. Great CGI/ effects as well. Special features have some pretty good stuff as well on this Blu-ray version, I haven't even finished watching all of the supplementary material yet.
