You Get What You Pay For.
The product was not suitable as a gift. Usage questions are meaningless until repair is done.

G15 y-ug75 old gamer, still usable programmer.
This keyboard came out in 2009?? The keys are warn.
I don't think the key backlighting works. It's one of the Few keyboards that has 54 programmable keys. That does work on this one. If you can get ~50% after ~16years then NEW, it was great Value. At this point, the value is a Crap Shoot depending how long it lasts.
