Overpriced without a back wall.
The fact that there are only 3 walls without, a significant reduction in price, makes this kit, like the rest of Walters kits, very expensive. The building size has shrunk considerably and that’s fine but getting only half of the material that used to be provided in the full size kit for the price is irritating. A backside of the building could be provided for pennies to the manufacturer.

A kit that should be easy to build but missing parts and incorrect instructions make it marginal at best.
In addition to missing parts, that have been verified by other customers on You Tube videos, the instructions are vague and in a major step incorrectly written causing one to connect sides of the building in a manner never intended nor functionally correct. This also was discussed on the same You Tube video. This caused a need to have to deconstruct building after glue had hardened. Have built scores of Walthers large HO buildings in the past but this was the worst kit of their's I have come across.
