  Contacted seller after the estimated delivery has passed. He would check with USPS and he said he accidentally send me a brand new newer model. Over 11 days with no update. Eventually got him to respond. He ask me to file a claim. USPS told me that he only insure it for $25 when I purchase it for $1000. USPS rep recommend seller to file claim. I ask him for a refund. He admit it is not my fault but would not issue refund. Bad experience and have to fight for my refund. Haven't received it yet.

  Item as described in strong cosmetic and working condition. Well-packed and shipped expeditiously; could have potentially benefitted from an anti-static bag, but the item works as advertised and then some nonetheless. Super happy with this purchase, and would love to work with this seller again. Thanks so much!!
