I think the cost of the book is commensurate to it's value.
I purchased this book to gain a broader perspective of the Gospel of Matthew and to compare it with other versions of Hebrew Matthew. Other versions that I have read seemed more like Judaic rewrites of the Greek translation more than what
one would expect to find from a Hebrew to English translation.
There is nothing negative I really have to say about the book or content. I like seeing the Hebrew text parallel to the English translation. Howard does an excellent job in explaining
the translation both in the preface to the text and in the following Analysis and Commentary.
