Simple pattern
This pattern is a very simple design. There aren't very many pieces and sews up quickly. The gathers in the front are not excessive. I bought this pattern to make a dressy dress. I used sequence mesh fabric that I lined for the top and a crepe fabric for the bottom. I did not follow the directions because I lined the entire dress. I generally am a size 8-10, I cut the pattern out for a size 12. I did this because I carry my weight around the waist but do not need it for the chest. The top could of used a little tweaking to be a tiny bit smaller but because of the sequence I opted to leave it alone, the fit wasn't bad. As far as the bottom goes, it fit perfectly. The gathers are not extreme and just enough to be comfortable in. I did not add the buttons to the straps, sewed them in, fit over my head with no struggle. I also used a smaller zipper, I think it was an 8 inch, the bottom bodice is loose enough that the shorter zipper worked for me. If you are bigger in the chest, it may not. All in all, easy pattern, easy to alter and do your own thing, I recommend it.
