Better than expected
The condition of this item was better than I expected. I bought 3 and 2 were without drawstrings (I simply replaced with Paracord and plan to find a cinch button) and one, so far as I can tell, simply needs a small bit of machine sewing. There was also one buckle broken on a compression strap that goes around the bag (not used for compressing height, rather the diameter of the bag). No holes and overall excellent for my purposes of compressing camp gear like sleeping bags and pillows.
