Faukts with Two Products

I bought two of these. Within weeks, one was on constantly as either the sensor stopped working or its signal wasn't getting through. The only way to turn it off was to take out a battery. The second one is still workign OK but the battery cover no longer sits neatly. And I suspect after a few ore battery changes it will need tape to stay in place.

Great value, good slound

This is my second Girton as a Bush DAB Radio recently "died". I use the first Girton upstairs as an alarm radio and the other downstairs in the kitchen. Very pleased with both. They feel solid and sound good to me. Also they have more pre-sets than many other models. I am not prepared to pay the high prices of some DAB radios, particularly Roberts and Pure. My Roberts Ecologic lost its on-off switch after modest use and I have a Pure Evoke that is ridiculoulsy complicated. So much so that I leave the Evoke tuned to one Internet radio station so thast I merely have to switch on and off. If I want another Internet radiop station, I use my tablet linked by bluetooth to my hi-fi. Majority hit the sweet spot for me.

Prompt delivery.

Have used only once. A geat improvement on last soldering iron, which had no thermo-control and no rest stand.
