Worked perfectly but took patience
Perfect replacement LCD, took me about an hour. I followed iFixit's (iPad Mini Wi-Fi LCD Replacement) guide . Go slow where they say, I almost damaged a ribbon cable for the digitizer. I tested it all while the iPad was open. I didn't remove the protective plastic sheet till the LCD was screwed in and ready to close.
