Powerful, small battery powered LED lamp puts out a lot of light in a little space!

I already had one of these and after a recent power outage, I ordered another one. Sheds a lot of light, takes up very little room, and very handy in the kitchen or at bedside since it doesn't have to plug in. Great little lamp. Would also be very good for camping, RV'ing, etc.

Best Western Quilt Designs Ever!

If you're a Western decor lover this book is a must-have!!! The imagery is clear and understandable. It looks as though it will be easy to make. And because it is so simple it is very graphic. Love the predominance of applique designs but there is something here for the piecemaking-obsessed too.

Imposingly large contemporary figures

This nativity set is very unusual. The figures are large and sort of angular, very contemporary looking. The china is Mikasa - what can I say? - tradition and quality, paired together. Very neat, I did not expect them to look like this. They are large enough to use even on a high mantel. I can picture these figures nestled in pine boughs, or on swirled fabric, or in front of a set of tall stars. I don't think there is a crèche made that would do them justice. Magnificent!
