Love them soo much I have two sets - one for home and one for vacations.
First mistake high handicappers make is buying max game improvement clubs- first find out WHY your a high handicapper-mine is my short game but I hit good tee and iron shots, so for quit some time my game did not improve because of constantly trying out these max irons and staying away from "player" irons such as Titleist. BIG mistake - I was loosing distance and lost the ability to shape my game. I tried the AP1's and could not believe how easy and forgiving these irons were - I hit these better than the Diablo's , Cobra S3 and just recently the Ping K15. My handicap actually went up with those irons - now with the AP1's my handicap has gone back down to a 16 cause now I can work the ball - and I can see potential to drop even more. These irons work soo well for me , I have both the 710 and 712 model - and just to say - I can fell VERY little difference between the two. The 710's I keep in Canada for when I go on my vacations and the 712's I keep here in Hawaii for year round playing. I also compared these up against the Taylormade R11's, Callaway Razor and Mizuno JPX 800 Pro - Titleist was by far the better ones for me. So just cause your a high handicapper does not mean to stay away from these clubs - FIRST find out WHY your a high handicapper (putting, driver, fairway, short game or bunkers - yes bunkers! Just think - if you get into just 3 bunkers a round and take 2 shots too get out, and thats without getting on the green - you just increased you handicap by a average of 6). For the first time in maybe 5 years these irons are definitely making me enjoy golf all over again. No more max improvement irons for me.

Just as good as original
Perfect fit. Used another brand and leaked after 2 weeks. Thought I would try the Elring and fits perfect - 1 month and not a drop of oil seen. Just make sure you also replace the rubber bolt washers when doing this project.
