  Would gladly buy from the seller again! Item is in excellent condition and very clean especially for an old stuffed pokemon pillow that generally would end up dirty and nasty (I know my old one did). Had a slight hiccup due to confusion with my address (easy mistake even I could make), but the seller was excellent with communicating throughout the issue and making sure they kept me informed and updated as reshipped it. Was packaged securely and arrived quickly besides the hiccup. Very happy :D

  The description and item details did not did not provide sufficient detail to identify the product which way communicated with messaging. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Despite informing the Seller that canister and tubing are Single Patient Use Only: a used canister set that is a biohazard shipped with the order. I purchased a PWKIT03 Accessary Kit at a cost of $60 so the system could be used.

  This item turned out to be a very convincing fake. It almost had me fooled, but upon attempting to update the controller I discovered it. I contacted the seller and they made it right! They apologized for the trouble, refunded me and offered for me to keep it regardless of authenticity. I really appreciate their quick communication and willingness to make things right. 10/10 interaction with this seller!
