Thankfully TECH support picks up their phone. ;)

I'm an engineer by degree. After watching every Youtube video on the topic and reading the manual, it still required a tech support call to walk me through the process. The good news is that tech support helped me through it with easy. If they didn't pick up the phone (twice), I would have blasted the product. So if I had to give the product some feedback, they need to write a better manual / videos. In the end, it works as designed. :)
