Sae great for thick fabrics but with some minor issues

I have been using this type of machine Singer/Heavy Duty last 9 years and it is a good machine. It can saw heavy thick materials. But as my previous one got older, it no longer could take thick fabrics and some other minor problems. It needs tune-up but it is not easy to find some person to do the job with reasonable price these days. So I got this open box new machine - which saw great but the position of the needle is too left sided (even i put it on the rightest position or middle) and it is not easy to fix this issue (factory set?). But it saws great so 4 stars.
