    I ordered a Reebok jacket on December 19th to give as a gift and still have yet to receive it. I've contacted the Seller multiple times. The Seller has not responded to my multiple requests. I've requested to cancel my order since it hasn't shipped and the Seller rejected it. I paid $15.95 for shipping and still have yet to receive my purchase. Poor customer service.

    EBAY NEVER SENT ME FUNDS OR AN EMAIL THAT MY ITEM WAS SOLD....THEY DID THIS TO ANOTHER ONE OF MY SALES ALSO.......LOOK AT MY RECORD.....I NEVER IGNORE MY SALES......I AM MAD AS HELL!!!!! THEY MADE ME LOSE $100 SALE ON A POCKETBOOK TOO :(

    I can’t start to put into detail how far she went to make sure that my package arrived. It was sent back due to my error and she tracked it down, worked with USPS to get it back to me etc. Absolutely amazing person and want to buy more from her just because she’s a good person.
