  Can’t find where you messaged me about the sewing machine, I had a go at removing needle and unlocking via middle wheel, still siezed, the motor and the threading wheel turned but as soon as you tighten it it all jams, needle seemed fine, also I’m not sure eBay are expecting a return, I’ve received no info labels or directions to post it back, maybe investigate your end, I’m happy to return in provided there is no cost involved 🤗 this just seems to be one of those things

  I have messaged you through eBay but they seem not to let your responses through to me as they have taken responsibility for the return request. Part of their ‘simple delivery’ process. Your feedback is the only response I have seen! Have you loosened off the stitch length lever? It would seem that eBay will refund you and not require the item returned, you may end up with a working free machine
