However, it appeared as if it was a 'second' and there was a problem with one side of the collar, where there were thick stitches and a hole to the side of the faux fur. Fortunately ebay stepped in and the situation was resolved. Seller was reasonable and polite throughout.

Time Saved, peace of mind product
I Bought this for my Grandson for his Birthday, I am sure it will be good and will save the Parents the relentless journeys to retrieve the ball. Also it can be set so it does not reach any breakables in the garden like planters, plants etc. so Peace of mind all round.
