Super easy
my wife's old bike's twist gears finally collapsed- and had become very stiff, a problem as she has arthritic hands. These gears fitted easily, needed no adjustment, and are astonishingly easy to shift- I'm tempted to buy some myself!
The only thing that surprises me is that they do not come with outer cable sheaths: these have to be replaced anyway & it means sourcing them elsewhere, which is annoying, and lost the rating 1 star.
