  The seller responds promptly and politely. I cannot receive the goods with 5 working days, he didnt ask the detail but refund immediately, to my surprise. Then I realise because the garden scissor is a dangerous good which i need to pay £3.5 additional postage cost, the seller even said he will pay again, such a good seller

  Arrived as advertised but given it was only in an envelope cant see why it needed nearly a week. when it did arrive they were not what I had ordered being the wrong size bits, however on contacting the seller a refund was paid without delay or question. Just one of those things I guess.
