Handy book for collectors of vintage art prints
For serious collectors, this tome has nowadays been replaced by the subscription art market databases. But if you don’t feel like paying $39 a month, an older copy of this book let’s you verify the important deets of the Picasso litho you’re thinking of bidding on at auction, like sheet size, edition size, printer, publisher, original retail price and value as of the date of your PW edition. Most of the titans of art history are in it if they published prints.
