  I understand that the clock I bought was in non working order or for repair. The reason I purchased it was for an art deco piece so purely for display. When looking at the photos BOTH hands looked to be in good shape and have all the luminous paint. Well upon arrival the clock showed up in a car charger box with 1 piece of bubble wrap with most bubbles popped and paint missing from the hands. When contacting the seller they tried to shift the blame to me saying I dropped it. Stay away!!
