  Horrible shipping. Card was not protected at all and arrived damaged. Seller told me to message them if there was an issue so I did….its been over a week without a response.

  Love the card great communication! Card came back up nice and tight ! Only issue was the old top loader but was priced at a great price so can’t complain and respectfully appreciate the quick response

  Horrible shipping. Horrible condition. It said excellent condition but it's extremely bent. Packaging was horrible. Card came bent and destroyed.

  I’m sorry to hear that the Pokémon card arrived with damage that’s definitely not the experience I want for anyone. I want to mention that the card was shipped in good condition and packaged with care. Unfortunately, once it’s in the hands of the postal service, I have no control over how it’s handled during transit. Also, I wasn’t contacted directly about this issue before now. I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to talk and clear things up.

  Sorry to hear about the condition of the card. I wish you had reached out before leaving feedback so I could have had the chance to make things right. The card was shipped in a sleeve and secure envelope, but unfortunately, once it’s in USPS hands, the handling is out of my control. That said, I always try to pack safely to avoid issues like this.
