  I recently received pipe from them and it was shipped securely . The packaging was secured in when taped envelope and bubble wrapped to prevent damaged in the shipping process. It was accurately described and well worth the amount I paid. Strongly recommend well done.

  As a repeat customer of this seller I found all aspects of this purchase a smooth transaction. Although, not really the seller's fault, the package was held up at my local USPS distribution center for 4 days due to the "unusual cylindrical shape" of the package as stated by the USPS representative. First time that happened to me but no problem. Once I had the pipe in hand, it seemed smaller than expected but once cleaned up and sanitized should still make a good smoker. Highly recommend seller.

  Thank you so much for the positive feedback. This is the first time I've heard of a hold up due to the "unusual cylindrical shape" of the package. I've sold around 3,500 of them and all are the same shape. I would say that USPS is running behind a bit and don't want to admit it lol. Also, make sure you look at the very last pic of any of the pipes listed. I have the pipe with a couple of rulers for measurements. Thank you for being such a loyal customer. Blessings!

  The pipe was exactly as described. Thank you. I would buy from you again. But, and no fault of your own, USPS took a week past their original delivery date to get the product to me. I don't know why since everything was WELL packaged. Maybe being in the shape of a tube instead of a flat box or envelope? Something got lost in the mix one time out of a thousand? I dunno. Stuff happens LOL.

  It's not the packaging. My pipes are usually right on time. The mail lady said that they are way behind because of the freezing snow and ice on a lot of these back roads. It's typical for this time of year.

  It took quite a bit longer than expected for delivery, but I dont think that can be put on the seller. It was securley packaged and to me, better than described; it look almost new. Great bang for my buck.
